Christen has been my friend since high school, and when I first met Nels, I knew they were perfect for each other. They are both goofy, loving, and so in love with each other. I was so excited when she asked me to be her photographer, and OVER THE MOON when she told me they wanted to do their engagement session in Charleston!! We had a great time wandering around before it started pouring. Gotta love that Charleston weather! Enjoy the images!
So I finally have enough edited to blog Bobbi Jo's amazing senior session! Bobbi Jo has been my model for a few shoots so I was super-psyched to do her senior portraits as well! She showed me a few shots she really liked, and trusted me to do the rest, and I think we are both thrilled with the results! I was glad she let me play around a bit, because I got some crazy sun flare shots and just all around perfect shots.
These two had my attention as soon as I first talked to them. They were excited about combining their roots for their engagement session and their wedding. With Chris from the big city, and Chacara from Gulfport, Mississippi, we had a blast brainstorming some fun ideas. They pulled off the look we were going for perfectly! Cannot wait for November to roll around and get some great shots at their wedding!!
Billy & Ashley are such a fun couple! From meeting them at the bridal show to shooting their uptown engagements to their super-sweet intimate wedding, everything about them was fun and oh-so-personal at the same time. It was lovely seeing their families there for them, as well as their miniature schnauzer Ramsey! We had perfect weather, which is always a plus, and I was elated that the newlyweds gave me so much time for their romantics. Enjoy!
I love love love this beautiful bride's dress! Is it not GORGEOUS?! Megan made me so happy when she told me she wanted to have her bridal session at Daniel Stowe, where her wedding was going to be two weeks later.
